Subscriptions

Certain segments of our Service may be subject to subscription fees (“Subscriptions”). You will be billed periodically in advance (“Billing Cycle”) based on the subscription plan you select during the subscription process.

At the conclusion of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless either you cancel it or Digi Grow Agency terminates it. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your Subscription through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team at info@digigrow.info.

A valid payment method is required for processing your subscription payment. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Digi Grow Agency to charge all incurred Subscription fees through your chosen payment method.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, Digi Grow Agency reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately.

 

Free Trial

Digi Grow Agency may, at its discretion, offer a free trial Subscription for a limited duration (“Free Trial”).

You may need to provide your billing details to avail of the Free Trial.

Upon Free Trial expiration, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for your selected Subscription type.

Digi Grow Agency reserves the right to modify the terms of the Free Trial offer or cancel it without notice.

 

Fee Adjustments

Digi Grow Agency reserves the right to modify Subscription fees for Subscriptions at any time at its discretion. Any such fee adjustments will become effective at the conclusion of the current Billing Cycle.

You will receive prior notice of any Subscription fee changes, allowing you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the new fees take effect.

Continued use of the Service following a Subscription fee adjustment implies your agreement to pay the revised fee amount.

 

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued once a product has been delivered. Refunds will only be granted in instances of non-delivery of the product.

 

Content

Our Service enables you to share, store, link, and make available various information, text, videos, graphics, or other materials (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you post on or through our Service.
